Bob, Regardless how much money is made it is basically all PURE profit. IMO if the Signature Deal had started in Feb. TSIG could have made it without the PP. 30 Million $ Deal, 2.5 Million a Month.

Pehaps the delay was intentional by the Bank to acquire shares at cheap prices. It make more sense that this was a "Shake Out" rather than a Pure Dilution by the PP Holders.

Why not tell the shareholders who the PP "Bad Guy " is that shorted TSIG so we can check out his History and report him to the SEC.
