(i.e. conversations you may have had with Tom Mills or other exec's at TLTK) Recently Tom Mills, Nathan Drage and KPMG Peat Marwick LLP tried to motion to dismiss the 2nd ammended complaint (#107,108 and 109) and they were denied!
