I can tell you that I have spent time in CHILI and you would be surprised how advanced the Tech is over there. What you have happening in South America now is a growing Middle Class. Something that they never really had much. In the Cities there will be an exspaniding need ofr these type of services. In the country the people are still poor and from what I saw. VERY POOR . They make US poverty look appealing.
