** BIGDUDE ALERT ** BXM CoW'S TO BE DELAYED AGAIN
Scuttlebutt out of my contacts at the mining ministry say that the merging of Busang II and III CoWs may delay even further the eventual granting of the CoWs, probably until after the Presidential Election. Since my sources have been consistently wrong, dispite their senior positions, it is clear the minstry is not in control. Despite that caveat, don't be expecting the CoW for BXM to be granted soon... It appears the other 68 are still on track and will be signed earlier.

Speculating on when the CoWs will be signed is difficult at best, but based on prior experience, I will always bet my money on a further delay.
