When I said AAPL is at least a year behind, I didn't mean in technology, but in market prescense....it is very concievable that 1 year is too much to make up unless they make great strides due to their linux support and free server....Common sense says that real has an answer for this and the year lag will be too much for aapl to make-up....Real has to have an answer to the 2000 stream free server that is supported by linux though.
My movie trailer was excellent quality on my adsl connection, but the download time was litterally as long as the trsil....that won't cut it which is another real advantage over quicktime
