I think it is a stretch to call this a Warren Buffett stock. It not in the same league. However, it is a peripherals play like the disk drive makers, etc. As more servers are placed out there you need more reliable power supply support, just like you need more hard drives. APCC is the leader but there is other competition out there. The reason the stock dropped from $30+ is that they could not fullfill expectations at that level. In the low 20's it is certainly a more reasonable value. There are many tech stocks that are looking like this however so we must be wise in picking the one with the best potential relative to the risk. Why does APCC look better say than SHVA or PCTL which actually have faster growth rates with lower multiples?
