3. Has Nasdaq changed its' dollar minimum for listing? If not, why was the reverse split necessary?

Last I knew the Nasdaq requirement for listing was $5 price for 3 months, but that may have changed. The reverse split was implemented to alter the value of the stock price, and possibly other reasons stated in the news release about the split. You can check this out on the NOYR website, noyr.com, and hit "search", then type in "all releases".
