Hi Bob - <<I'm going to differ with Jeff on question #2. I specifically asked Henry what the total of the conversions were left from the total received by the company to include that received after the PP. Answer--less than $1m. I further asked if he was sure and he indicated a printout. I just thought there had not been time for the number to get that low so I was surprised.

I think one person on RB has already confirmed this. I'm going to next week myself. I suggest, without going nuts, a couple of other confirmations be sought. How about you Phil?

I have also asked what the terms of the $800,000 and $200,000 were some time ago and if they were like the PP and the answer was, sort of, "What would you expect?">>

It troubles me when you receive an answer like "What would you expect ?" I would have expected the company to negotiate more favorable financing terms - especially when considering that the negotiation was with one of its own board of directors - LeShufy.

I agree with you that further clarification is needed from the company regarding how much of the private placement (plus the additional 1 million) is left to convert. And by convert I mean just "converted" and not necessarily "converted and sold".

I will send an e-mail to Paul Henry requesting clarification on the PP conversions to date and cc: you. I will then share his answer with the thread. I believe we need these questions and answers in writing so as to minimize chances for misinterpretation.

If there are any additional questions that you want me to ask (or anyone else) - please let me know today.

Regards,

Phil
