flyfar, I know of no rationale for them not to "hedge" their positions. If they just wanted to "lend money" they could have asked for normal fixed rate debentures, and could have agreed now to set a floor. As a matter of fact, if Leshufy was "friendly, he would have bought out the supposedly single remaining floorless hedger (only $230,000 K?). The facts do not jive and the recent SH meeting induced rally was , IMHO, well engineered to sell a bunch of stock into the increasing volume. Zeev
