Joseph: I'm not quite sure that we are all expecting that number of shares to shake loose this week or even next week. We are not talking about "SATH" here. This is a real company with growing earnings, great European and Asian growth potential, with a market niche that is hard to compete with. If the thought is that NITE is highly overvalued and a real pump and dumper, then, yes, those shares will hit the market hard. The holders will sell at any price.
On the other hand, would talent like Karsh and Hewitt have come on board so recently if they thought this was a one way train ready to derail? Not likely. Might some shares come to market? absolutely, but I would be shocked to see anywhere close to 60 million hitting the tape. Frankly, the HUGE wall of worry both here and on YAHOO, (once you sort through the maniacs over there) makes me think this stock could really take off!
