Mad2, I'm not short either at this moment, but, I'll short the next spike as it happens surely sometime in the near future. Sorry GUMM chewers and fanatics I'm not going to get squeezed as you probably surely wish. I'm not sure either if the financing is a floorless convertible or not. But, I've hear opinions that it is. For you GUMM guys that means there is no floor to the conversion price and a limitless no. of shares can be sold by the holder as GUMM gets cratered. Anyways, I'm keeping this one on my RADAR...
