italiana: The last time I tried to get through to a broker over the phone with ETrade it took 86 minutes. I could have made several trades in the same stock during that time...that was Friday! I have also spent more that one hour just trying to get past a busy signal with ETrade. ETrade has put me in too many bad positions in the past to ever trust them in the future. When I finally tried to get some sort of resolution to a couple of very bad fills, ETrade put me on the phone with a snot nosed little kid, that refused my simple request to refund the last few commissions...90 bucks. He refused and for that E*Trade lost the over two thousand per quarter they were getting in commissions from me....pretty darn stupid don't you think? Regards, LG
