Hi JLIHAI, what about a company (i.e. Basic Investments - the largest PP holder) in which a current Board of Director of TSIG - LeShufy - was the previous President of Basic Investments. Can Basic Investments short per the terms of the PP agreement after their former President is appointed to the Board of Directors of TSIG ? Does anyone know what the relationship is between LeShufy and Basic Investments today ? Regards, Phil
