vinod--There was a full response from Alex Brown to the Greenberg articles. Message 10441138 I am sure that in order to make this response with the full weight of AB behind it, the loan was thoroughly researched. It was fully disclosed in an SEC filing in 1998. You can continue to bring it up if you like, but there is no wrongdoing here. IDTC has obviously decided that any response from them will be used by TSCM and shorts to continue the controversy. Therefore, they simply let AB respond. The issue is closed for all but Greenberg and the shorts. I noticed this is your first post on the IDTC thread--have you just initated a short position? The bottom line is that there is something fishy about your post.
