Why not tell the shareholders who the PP "Bad Guy" is that shorted TSIG so we can check out his History and report him to the SEC. Report him for what, Ed? The terms of the PP specifically state shorting can occur, as well as shorting against the box. So, unfortunately for shareholders, what this person did was perfectly legal.
