I'm just going to assume that you haven't kept up on events and don't know that the article has already been disproved. BT Alex Brown, who recently completed a complete due diligence effort at IDT came out and publicly stated thae article was no reason for concern and the loan was legitimate and within industry standards. The company has not intension of responding as it would limit their legal options. Also, why respond to an obvious sleazy article?
