Actually the ADHD and true behavior problems have their own special teachers (usually) and these teachers are often the most wonderful people. Not only do they have the commitment to teach, but they are teaching children that even parents have difficulty reaching. Of course not all the ADHD, autistic, speech handicapped and behavior problem kids come in diagnosed- so they are in the regular classrooms until the school can get them placed where they belong.
