RG,

While 6x6 (6 times price appreciation in 6 months) would be nice I'd settle for a share price that mirrors their growth. In reality with low dollar values it is fairly easy to increase sales 25% per quarter. It becomes increasing difficult as the sales number becomes higher and by December they should be at $1m per quarter. Soon growth will need to be fueled by acquisitions.

With 2/3 of the shares closely held I don't foresee a buyout - which I don't want to see. However soon after Small Cap listing I do see a share offering of say 6M. This will do two things - increase the float while maintaining management shares above 50% (this will hinder a buyout) and provide the needed capital to increase sales through acquisition. 6M times a share price of $8 will provide $48M for buying and additional capital expenditures for regional offices!

So while 6x would be nice I'd settle for $8 in December.

The unknown with the Internet is the power of being on-line. Most of NetNation's sales are in North America. Since this represents about 10% of the world's population that leaves 90% untouched - How many people using www.euroseach.com will go to the NetNation site?

Does anyone know what happened to "monimoni". It seems unusual that a thread is started in April which has generated 70 responses and yet the responsible person hasn't contributed since?
