I don't know that one. When I was training for the Peace Corps several lifetimes ago they gave each of us a book with lurid descriptions of a wide variety of tropical diseases. Bad move. The next day they had 33 hypochondriacs on their hands, each convinced that they were showing initial symptoms of one of the ones with a 5% survival rate. A few of the more imaginative ones fled back to the security of the temperate zone.
