A three-phase study would be ridiculous. Phase 1 studies are not indicated, and probably phase two are not either. Nice try on the use of terminology, but there is no toxicity involved here.

If the MD "shills" send them to the journals and other "nonshill" M.D.s approve the study for publishing, would you accept them? That is the point to my question to you. These "non shill" MD's would be the same ones who would approve articles about potentially toxic drugs that would actually warrant a three-phase study....
