Bill Jackson, I am not in the business of giving investment advice, although might have said "BAIL" back in the low 20's (if my memory serves me correctly). Basically, the facts as we know them are this.
There are really nasty rumours in Jakarta about Freeport not finding any gold in the core they have assayed to date, Felderhof is now in Jakarta to address those problems with Freeport. Freeport did not lend BXM a helping hand and say in their release that due diligence is proceeding normally (IMO, if everything was going fine,it would have cost them nothing to say something like "so far so good") So, there are some problems that Felderhof has to clear up. I agree with other posters that this may be dealt with the same way he went up against the dudes bugging him last year about his assay methods. Let's all hope he is able to clear things up in a satisfactory manner. Unfortunately, with the delays in the CoWs to come, the Indos getting involved and Freeport's recent comments that they will not comment on their due diligence until it is over, the uncertainty is far from over. It takes a bold man or woman to step up to the plate at this point knowing the hurdles ahead. Thank goodness Felderhof is on our side, he is a top quality dude.
