OT Re; FLAT TVs << Philips has a $14,999 PLASMA version ! >> This may be the one I saw at the new Metreon mall in SF...it was on display and showed an incredible picture. After the guy told me it cost 11 g, my jaw dropped and the only thing I could think of was that Philips (i think) commercial with the three young adults sitting in that tiny one room apartment with a big Flat panel TV on the wall. Now I know why they couldn't afford a bigger place and didn't have any furniture except for a couch! ;-) Ive seen a lot of flat panel monitors and only some of them appeal to me. I'll check out the XBR because i would love a flat TV. pigboy
