Tai, what would you consider a typical consumer to be? Most households require a second telephone line for computer usage. This will be about $23 a month. Then your ISP will be $15-$25 a month. With Ricochet, it will be $29 a month plus $10 for modem fee. I have both. When Ricochet starts 128K service, I will probably cancel the second phone line.
