Wigglesworth I contacted MUEI sales on thursday because I'm looking into some computer purchases. I have Micron computers now and I am very happy with them, however I'll now be looking at Dell & Gateway a lot harder then Micron for my next purchase because of Microns silly ass position on the 56K modems. They won't sell them in their computers until their is a standard is what they are telling me...what ever happened to supply & demand??? Now think about this, Micron Internet Service is going with x2...yes I can buy a Dell or Gateway computer with a USR x2 modem and subscribe to Micron Internet service and get x2 speeds. But Micon Electronics won't sell me an x2 modem. That's stuuuuupiddd!!! I don't know about what Gateway sold before as far as modems, so I can't help you there. Scrapps
