I heard an ELOT rumor.... This is only a rumor ! It could be true, but you have to decide if you believe it, or not. There is a good word on the street that Elot will sign a cooperation agreement with ILTS (ITSI). The company has some decent contracts for racing and lotteries in Asia. The most famous is the Hong Kong Jockey Club and the Hong Kong Lottery. An agreement between these two has been on the table for some time and look for a deal soon as Elot needs some good press.
