I think that until Samsung decided to use the 300mm Aspen III CVD they were evaluating for 300mm for use in 200mm production, because "they liked it so much", nobody ever called it a "bridge tool". This is a system that was designed from the ground up to be 300mm, with a simple conversion to 200mm.
