Tom, Fair enough. You're reasonable and rational and I'm probably pushing too far on too little evidence. I have no doubt Benhamou is competent. You've made your points well.

BTW, Once the shareholders have authorized the options it's up to the board to distribute them as they see fit. I'm not completely sure about time restrictions; however, a big merger like this surely included big stock incentives for the new management.
