Brian:

Thank you for your post and for all of the posts on GIFT.
I have a lot of confidence in E-Data. I have been following it for some
time now. If my post was confusing to you then let me expound a moment.
I own this stock and I wouldn't sell without a serious reason. Now with that being said
I want you to understand that I am quite aware of other things Mr. F.
wants to implement. Wants to implement. Besides the gift business, the only big thing
concrete that I know is here now is the patent, and I would think that without the patent the price of this stock would drop
and drop hard. That is a risk I am willing to take. In the meanwhile
I hope Mr. F leads this company to his vision of what he thinks it can or should be.
I believe that I would be less than accurate and honest if I didn't respond to
post. This is only one person's opinion, however I do not believe that GIFT would presently
be at these levels if it were not for the patent. It is hard for any company to go from $1.50
to 11+, and I believe that this company's patent and not the recently announced future plans
caused the upswing. I repeat I own GIFT (I've tracked it
for over two years) and I do not plan to sell, I'm staying until the patent is shown to be a
winner or a loser. I believe it has a chance 50/50 chance or better
of being a huge winner, I also believe that this opportunity is not for the weak stomached
I also wouldn't spend my grocery money. I am a strong believer in the power of the patent
and of E-Data (GIFT) if the patent litigation is successful or if it does not have to be litigated.
The potential is huge, but now it is mostly just that: potential.

Thank you so much for your information.

Debra
