Nancy, a penny stock's web site is about the last place I would ever look for objective information about it, and I doubt very much that they would even keep negative news like reverse-splits on those pages. I am also very skeptical about any company that has a 52-week high of 63.75 (that's a post 1-for-5 split price of 318.75!!), yet seems unable to get itself off of the pink sheets. With a current post-split price of 18, it's down $300 per share since last December! I find it a bit difficult to put a positive spin on this story. My bet on any reverse-split is that it won't get the listing. What it will do is make life easier for stock manipulators, at the investor's expense. At any rate, time will certainly tell the rest of the story. Perhaps in the meantime we can simply agree to disagree? HT
