Yes, only time will tell. While I hate to discourage you, I would like to suggest that you play MEAS carefully. It has had a tremendous run, having traded as low as 1 as recently as last November. HLTH only sold off 7.25% of their company when they went public but they only raised $45.0 MM and severely underestimated the demand for their offering. They did have, however, an annualized run rate of $44.3 MM in sales. For the quarter ending March 31, 1999, AmericasDoctor.com's sales were only $216,000. For the same period, KOOP's sales were $404,000.

If AmericasDoctor.com has a market cap of $1 billion on its first day of trading, MEAS's interest, adjusted for the appropriate discounts, will work out to $16.60 per share. Good luck.
