Jenna, I also cannot retrieve the July 12-16 newsletter (It comes up with a timing error and takes for ever to load) (I am PDF "compatible" and I am using Netscape). Thanks, David II Finally got it... lot of info/charts, so I see timing problem... do like the info, but maybe a different delivery system.
