I agree with most you say. Fujimori, president since 1990 build new schools and colleges all over Peru. I am sure he didn't leave out Tambo Grande. <<<What responsibility would the government, who is a parnter in the project have to replace these facilities if they even exist??>>>, the agreement is the MAN provides all financing for the project. This will also cost them for the town. The government gets a free carried interest all the way to production. Plus a NSR. Great deal for the government, won't cost them anything. cheers
