Sorry if I missed it on any of the previous posts, but is there any financial info. at all available on this company? I know that one of the earlier posters claimed to be affiliated with the company and mentioned auditors checking the financials back in June, but I didn't see any follow-up messages. I'm very skeptical of any non-listed company. Any specific reasons why CHML isn't listed and traded on the NASDAQ? Lack of Assets, no audited financials, etc.... Just trying to learn more about the company. Any assistance is much appreciated.
