Some observations:

I attended the teaser "free" seminar in Honolulu on July 8 by Investors On Line Advantage - subsidiary of ZSUN. It held 6 sessions in Honolulu over 3 days. Full session is scheduled in two weeks.

As a professional in the industry, I found the presentation fair and the focus legitimate. Although it does pitch trading, it stresses using fundamental screens as the starting point to identify quality stocks which are then traded based on a combination of technical indicators. Its screens would eliminate all pure internet plays including Zsun, it seems to me. Without attending the seminar, it is not possible to judge the success of the methodology.

From the company point of view, the seminars appear to be successful.
About 50 people attended the session that I attended. Maybe 10 signed up for the $3000 full seminar. I suspect that from the total Hawaii visit they will get at least 20 takers. That is $60,000 per seminar and they seem to be doing about 10 a month. It looks to be a very profitable venture.

It was obvious from the comments by seminar attendees that a few had had their butts kicked by the market because they had no trading discipline or methodology. (70% of online investors are losing money) For many of them, this course could be very helpful. It is not a "Wade Cook" quit your day job and trade options approach. It is not a day trading course.

2 issues of concern. When I called the 800 number to register, the registration clerk had never herd of Ziasun. The presenter at the seminar acknowleged in a private conversation that he was aware of Ziasun but knew little or nothing about it. He never mentioned ZSUN in the seminar - i.e. No attempt to hype the stock or even bring it to the attention of the attendees.

Really would like to see Ziasun come to the table with full SEC filing and NASDAQ small cap listing so the relationship with IOA could be verified.

I wonder why the powers at IOA did not team with a leading Internet player rather than ZSUN.

Another concern is the fact that asia4sale.com doesn't seem to have much for sale.

Does anyone believe ZSUN could get a sympathy lift off the china.com IPO?
