Problem is that people are still betting on COL because of size. Unfortunately, they are facing an increasingly competitive market and decreasing reimbursement. They haven't chosen to join up with their physicians and therefore are fighting a losing battle with the not-for-profits who are doing so. While COL has to tend with shareholders, they are doing so by cutting out their physicians. When the physicians get better deals at the not-for-profits, they're just going to move all their patients as well.
