Tom, conjecture? Us? What would the thread be without conjecture? We should try to keep it to a high level of conjecture! I remember Bernie saying his people converted some debt at $.24. If the average conversion price is $.20, that means the dilution due to the PP is 15 million shares. Based on the stomach lining I've destroyed, that seems a bit low to me. If we assume an average conversion price of $.15, that indicates dilution of 20 million shares. If I were forced to guess, I would say $.09 is the average conversion price resulting in 33 million shares. I have been told that the PP holders were disappointed to see the price drop so rapidly. This was due to the shareholders bailing. They wanted to milk the stock for more money. Everyone should remember that not all the converting/selling is done yet. There may be shorting yet to come......... Can the shorters drive the price down in the face of the renewed buying interest in TSIG? Will TSIG really come close to $373.3 million in gross profit? What should the estimated expenses be? Should we double last year's $12 million to get $24 million? Do we really believe TSIG could do $350 million in net profit? Of course they can't! There must be a gross error in the projections! But where is it? Should the PP holders convert and hold? So many questions. Regards, Suzanne
