jim, it is probably true that a p166 doesn't handle video as well as a pii300. otherwise, i don't notice a difference. Skeeter, If you are using a 56K or less modem I would agree with you. But the minute you upgrade to DSL (which I have at home) or cable there is a huge difference. I speak from from my own experience. The trend is toward broadband. On top of that when you start networking computers at home (which I have been doing for the past 2 years) the shortcomings of slow computers are very evident. Oh, by the way I am running WinNT. It sure is nice to be able to have 15 windows open all at the same time without crashing. Try that with your P166. So I wish you well with your P166 <gg> Regards, Jim
