Graham-Field Stock to Trade on OTC Bulletin Board
BAYSHORE, N.Y., July 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Graham-Field Health Products, Inc. (NYSE: GFI), a manufacturer and supplier of healthcare products, today announced that it intends to have its stock traded on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol GFIH beginning on Tuesday, July 13, 1999. As previously announced, the Company's stock will no longer trade on the New York Stock Exchange after the close of trading on Monday, July 12, 1999.
"We have taken steps to assure an orderly transfer of the trading of the stock to the OTC Bulletin Board," said Jack McGregor, Graham-Field's President and Chief Executive Officer.
