You've got a simple issue very confused. If I understand the figures you provide, then NET TOTAL EARNINGS grew 26%; earnings PER SHARE did NOT, because of the increase in the number of shares. Think about what you mean by "eps growth". It seems to me that you think "eps growth" means "calculating earnings growth while ignoring the growth in the number of shares" or some such thing. Per share, earnings did NOT grow quarter-to-quarter.

This does not mean that I think IFCI is not a good stock to own. I do own it and am optimistic about its long-term prospects. But you confuse matters more than you clarify them with your "lessons". If I were you I would be less condescending about "division...don't try this at home"...you are the one who is misusing simple arithmetic.
