Talk Visual Corporation Announces Annual Meeting Set for July 26, 1999
CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 7, 1999--(OTC-BB:TVCP - news). TALK VISUAL CORPORATION's Chief Financial Officer, C. Harold Snyder, announced today that the company will host its annual shareholder meeting Monday, July 26th at 10 a.m. at its corporate headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
The purpose of the meeting will be to elect the Board of Directors and to ratify the auditors for the year ending December 31, 1999. Shareholders of record July 9, 1999, will be eligible to vote.
