will Broadcast its Gay and Lesbian Radio Programming Live on the Internet 24
Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week, Beginning on Sept. 6, 1999

PALM SPRINGS, Calif., Jul 12, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) --
TriangleBroadcasting Co. Inc. (OTC BB:GAAY) Executive Vice President
and Triangle Radio Network General Manager Dick Weiner announced that
Triangle's gay and lesbian formatted radio network will begin live
broadcasting on the Internet Sept. 6, 1999.

"We are delighted to be able to reach gay and lesbian listeners around
the world with our news, information and talk programming on the
Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week," said Weiner.

He went on to quote the Los Angeles Times in a recent front page
business section article: "In the past six months, the number of people
saying that they had tried out Internet radio jumped from 6% to 13%,
and the pace continues with that figure expected to more than double
again in the next six months." "With that type of growth," Weiner said,
"Triangle has decided this move is essential to our future and our
place in the future of broadcasting itself." Marvin Jenkins, General
Sales Manager of the network, concluded, "Advertiser interest in
reaching the gay and lesbian market is growing andthis format is the
ideal radio vehicle to reach that market worldwide."
