AuctionsTelevision on August 14, 1999

PALM SPRINGS, Calif., Jul 12, 1999 (ENTERTAINMENT WIRE via COMTEX) --
Triangle Broadcasting Company, Inc. (OTC BB:GAAY) Executive Vice
President and Executive Producer of AuctionsTelevision, Dick Weiner
announced today that the first broadcast of AuctionsTelevision will
offer personal items worn by Ginger Rogers. "Miss Rogers, a Hollywood
star of the first magnitude was beloved by audiences throughout the
world and now some fortunate fans will be able to own part of her
legend," said Mr. Weiner.

AuctionsTelevision has also secured personal items of one of
Hollywood's greatest leading men, Tyrone Power; his memorabilia will be
auctioned in future broadcasts. Linda Christian, Power's widow, a fine
actress and artist in her own right, will offer for auction in our
first broadcast, her own rendition of a portrait of her, originally
painted by renowned artist Diego Rivera.

In addition to the Rogers memorabilia, a 1966 Rolls Royce Flying Spur
will be on auction during the broadcast. This car is No. 20 of only 21
originally built in 1965 and has been given a "full body restoration."

The broadcast will also feature sculptures by two internationally known
artists, Wendy Maree and Colin Webster-Watson. Wendy Maree is known for
her amazing bronze sculptures of chairs in the form of cats. Available
for auction will be one of her famous cat-shaped chairs and a six foot
sculpture. Colin Webster-Watson is a world renowned New Zealand artist
famous for his sculptures in metal, marble, stainless steel, glass and
maquette described as "grace, motion, poetry...a symphony of design."
There will be half a dozen of his pieces available for auction.

The AuctionsTelevision three-hour weekly broadcast will begin August
14, 1999 and the items will be previewed beginning on August 2, 1999 on
the AuctionsTelevision.com website. Television stations and cable
companies wishing to carry the weekly broadcasts may contact Marvin
Jenkins, Director of Affiliate Relations at 760/322-1217. Persons
wishing to submit items for future auctions may contact Auctions
Producer David Castro at the same number. A list ofnew television
affiliates will be released within 48 hours.
