[insider selling] Pat, It appears that several Amati insiders are planning to sell some of their shares. The following info is from Form 144s filed with the SEC the week ended March 21, 1997: Dollar Value of Registered Shares: $886,500 Number of Shares Registered: 63,350 Number of Insiders Registering To Sell: 3 Relation to Company: V,A,O Average Share Price When Registered: $13.99 I realize there are a variety of reasons for this type of sale, but I'd rather not see it at this price level.
