Your answer PROBABLY lies in the fact there is naked shorting going on in this stock. That's not the question. The question is why anyone should believe there is naked shorting going on when a simpler explanation is that the company keeps issuing stock, especially given the fact that Medinah has in fact dumped huge quantities of stock in the past.
