Duker,

I share your anger. Tradeoffs must be made; this is how the world works but not how downtown juries see things. In their eyes, there should be no deaths resulting from car accidents, regardless of the circumstances involved. I truly feel for people starting companies in this type of environment. I don't know who disgusts me more- the attorneys or the juries awarding these ludicrous sums.
