NO. TYPICALLY, MY DD INVOLVES DISCUSSIONS WITH COMPANY IR, OTHER MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS, GEOLOGY RESEARCH VIA THE INTERNET AND UNIVERSITIES, AND COMPANY WEBPAGE. I GENERALLY LIMIT MY DISCUSSIONS WITH COMPANY MANAGEMENT AS THEY HAVE, I HOPE, MORE PRESSING DUTIES-THEY HAVE DONE AN ADEQUATE JOB OF DISSEMINATING INFOMATION VIA THE WEB AND THROUGH THEIR IR STAFF AND HAVE MADE THEMSELVES AVAILABLE TO BE REACHED BY SHAREHOLDERS ON ANY PRESSING CONCERN AS TIME PERMITS. MY SOURCES OF INFORMATION TO DATE, IMO, HAVE BEEN PROVEN TO BE QUITE ACCURATE.
