COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.-April 5, 1999-USA.NET, Inc., an advanced electronic messaging company, announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of its common stock.
Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., Volpe Brown Whelan & Co., and CIBC World Markets will act as the managing underwriters of the offering.
