The problem I see with your concerns, and stating projections given in FEB 98 are:
1-7 are IMHO.
1. Oil Prices continued to Fall and stay low.
2. The business plan has changed enormously since early 98.
3. With the advent of Cybersensor and CyberVIP I'm sure a lot of money
went into PAMCO for R&D.
4. Additional funds were required to setup the Corsicana Field with 27 Wells all operating with the new Pump and Cybersensor, as a Demo for Major and Jr. Oil Companies.
5. I'm sure capital has also gone into Manpower in setting up Corsicana and the Stripper Gas well Site in Kentucky with the Major there, which once operational will be a Demo site for other companies.
6. Capital was also required for multiple trips to Europe, acquiring a building and setting up European Operations.
7. Setting up the Stellar Satellite Comm Communicator deal in Israel
and the AFME Manufacturing Deal I'm sure also required funding.
Your looking at an entirely different company than that of one from FEB. 98.
I'm not here to convince anyone to invest in or stay invested in NTAH.
I simply am stating some facts as I see them.
In the near future I will be placing some of my DD in public domain.
Yet other DD, I will not be placing in public domain, but will continue to post my views as I see them based on DD I do beyond the typical.
To quote Michael Sheppard COO and Director of FNTN, in an online Chat Recently.

FNTN is another OTC:BB company which does not state all the companies it is doing business with or has contracts. Fully reporting status with FNTN which was first filed in FEB 99 and was to be finished by the End of June, but has been delayed:
"As we mentioned in our last letter, we have been actively looking at acquisition targets. Should these discussions move into a more formal stage, it would be necessary for us to amend the SB2 Registration to reflect the changes in FNTN's (or it's offering's) status and to commence the comments/amendments process anew. In light of the events of the past month, we felt that it was in the Company's best interests to delay our response, and have done so."
FNTN plans on a Nasdaq Listing shortly after achieving Fully Reporting status. And I have no problem in waiting for fntn.com
what so ever.
Due Diligence is what you make it. I have done enough DD and seen enough on and from Nevtah / PAMCO / Cybersensor.com,Inc to know what is going on, and where the future is headed.
I hope to visit Nevtah in the near future, and also hope to get a chance to visit the Corsicana Field with 27 Wells operating on the PAMCO Pump and CyberSensor.

Jezzzzzz, I'm trying to put a new roof on the house, Launched an Atlas rocket earlier this month, spent 4 nights/mornings last week trying to get a DELTA II off the pad with a 3 minute window, which finally launched Saturday morning at 5am, with 4 Global Star Satellite's.
We have Space Shuttle Columbia launch on July 20th, another Delta II on the 24th, and we have to land the Shuttle also.
No I don't have the time, I make the time to do the DD. Investing in a stock at such a low cost with a high profit potential is worth the effort, and as a investor in Emerging Technologies I find a thrill in the Hunt and the DD.
Now the time spent posting instead of just reading the threads, is the ball breaker, but I do this for people and friends I have known since '96 on the SI Amati Thread, and other friends who are investors in NTAH.
My Email bell just rang! and I found that the information I sent the company(s) on a new Stripper Gas Well Grant was new to them, and they have now filled for the Grant. They immediately received an app since they knew of their work and the RMOTC grant. As stated, they must also be careful that they do not lose any potential patent and proprietary info with Govt. programs. Therefore nothing is final until our Attys. review all agreements.
"I did not know the program you sent and very much appreciate your DD."
Well that made my day! and now on with Life on the Space Coast.
