Hi Chaz,

I am puzzled as well. Why would Loewen exercises warrants at near current price when it would do this later on? If it doesn't think the stock will reach the excerise price at the end of the term, it doesn't have to exercise them. It will have no losses. If it thinks the price will be much higer, it can wait. But if Loewen is anticipating some strong price appreciations in near term, why not position itself. This is how I spectulate it. It looks like some quick pops/jolts are coming. Keep your eyes out and don't fall to sleep. Good luck.
