S: Thanks for the link. My feeling is that the time period for actually results, which started sometime in 1997, is too short for a good evaluation. The period prior to '97 apparently is hypothetical results of what would have happened if the system had been applied then. This is not reliable for purposes of evaluating the system. Thanks anyway for bringing this to my attention. David
